Difference between lineart and intricate lineart is mainly armor, a string bikini would be cheaper to have me draw then full plate armor for example

One of my Skyrim characters likes to sketch things she sees and hunts through her travels.

Got the chance to close up examine some Spriggans today including a Spriggan Matron. Harvested some taproots and sap to work with later. Also just worked on some sketches while resting, experimenting with using sap and dirt to enhance the image, blood as well of course.

Squeee, we can finally share this with the world! (well, I’ll post something later to share with the rest of the world who are still asleep, but for now….YOU GUYS, YES, YOU - CHECK THIS OUT! ^_^)

So, myself, Kate Brown and Paul Duffield have been doing a little work with the Tower of London. Yes, the Tower of London! If you’re half as much of a history nerd as we are, you’ll know how exciting that’s been for us. The scaffolding shown in the photo just went up this week. We chose a few key moments/characters from the Tower’s history for the project. Kate and I illustrated and coloured a few scenes each, while Paul pulled it all together and added design elements with the amazing arches. And the Tower have printed them up onto the scaffolding hoarding. Life sized, baby!

(and yes, all you Richard fans, that there is a life-sized Richard III - just for you <3)

The scaffolding will be up for a good few months. So if you’re planning a visit, enjoy! ^_^

Ahhh thanks for posting this, Emma!!! Was a bit worried my Jane would be too pale in that yellow but it don’t look too bad! It’s so nuts to see them at this size, oh my god! We gotta get pix of us gurning away in front of them! I wanna get a pic of me next to Little Richard, I love how you drew him so much, he looks like a beautiful little doll, argh, argh arghakljdaklsjdasd <3 Are you gonna put up your pics as separates? I will if you will!!!!!

This was an amazing project to work on, and we all had a lot of fun researching the little history snippets and working together. I can now tell the difference between all the royal guards!!!!! 8D Thanks so much to Paul for his work on figuring out the printing side of things and Professor Layton-ing them all together like this with such pretty designs. I expect we’ll all be making numerous trips to the TOL in the next six months (UNADULTERATED SHRIEKS OF PURE JOY), so there’s sure to be more pics. As Emma says, if you wanna visit the Tower this summer you should totes get pics of yourselves next to our dudes and ladies and send them to us!!! x

All I can add is that THIS LOOKS LIKE A BOSS! And I can say that legitimately coz I only did the decorative borders, and the real work is all Kate and Emma’s beautiful illustrations :D

That’s so badass, haven’t seen the Tower of London in years! Maybe next time I visit we can all go!

Interesting Steel sword found lodged into a rock outside of a cairn, decided against removing it, potion stock is running low and don’t want to risk a Draugr attack…

Also stumbled across a forsworn camp up near Markarth, they seem to use bones to alert themselves of intruders, must add to own camp.

Little backstory: My starter was Squirtle, we worked hard together and eventually he evolved. One day there was an accident, no Pokemon center around and all out of revives. He died. I kept his shell out of memory. As I went to bury him, a haunter appeared and started moving his shell, convinced it was my Wartortle, I kept him. he later evolved into Gengar but still haunts Wartortles shell and wears it all the time. He loves using it to confuse enemies and play tricks on my other Pokemon. Omanyte is still spooked by his antics though Darumaka loves it! Dieno ate too much so is trying to sleep it off. My dragonair is just lounging in the tree, she usually likes draping herself over my shoulders and Litwick is trying not to set anything on fire XD

And that’s that. I don’t use any of those watercolor tubes anymore, as I’ve replaced them each with higher quality tubes, so I thought: why not give them away? And I like the fountain pen I’ve been using so much that I think I’d like someone else to try it, too. I’ve also replaced the three brushes I’ve included here, so I don’t need those, either. And a drawing for good measure.

So in an attempt to work on backgrounds n whatnot I decided to draw me with my Pokemon team.

There was a party on May 3rd at the University of Southern California with the majority of attendees being African-American and Hispanic USC students. The party was registered with the school, and there was another party directly across the street being attended by mostly Caucasian/White students. Both parties had similar noise levels according to dozens of accounts from both sides (source).

Two cops arrived to the party with the minorities and told them to lower their noise level; the party’s host told the attendees to go inside the house and they resumed the party in there with lower volume. A few minutes later the cops came back and students began leaving, and the cops arrested the host. More and more cops began to arrive and soon a helicopter came. All of this was while the students were filing out and more and more cops entered the home; furthermore, the white party continued across the street and some officers even went there to tell them to stay inside and safe. A white student told reporters that “basically they didn’t stop our party at all. They had no problem with us.” (source).

As the minority students saw all the cops and attempted to leave, some were tased, and some were slammed to the ground and arrested. Many resisted on the grounds that they had no idea why they were being arrested seeing as they were leaving peacefully and were over the drinking age (the party required ID). Even more cops arrived (source)(video).

Later that night at about 4:30am, a resident at the house where the white party was thrown was awoken by thudding. He rose to see two LAPD officers trying to speak to his roommate. They ordered him to wake up everybody in the (co-ed) house and as they did so they stumbled into two female residents shirtless and asleep, and one of the officers simply stared. (source)

The reason that they were in that house was to gather statements about how LAPD acted correctly against the minority students but the students at the white party’s house gave factual statements that did not incriminate the minority students how the officers wanted. They have complained about their home being entered without a warrant in the middle of the night but have yet to hear back.

On Tuesday USC will have an open forum in regards to the racial profiling that happened (at the party and in the past) at the school but that is not enough; this has to be more than a local issue and should be made known nationally. USC has issues with racial profiling and it is time that it stops. Anyone can help by signing this petition and making it big. (Photograph source)

Holy fuck, thats what all the noise was the other right???? This happened up the street from where we live, we heard all the sirens and helicopter but didn’t think much of it (always Sirens in SD)

Scary that this is going on so close to home, these people have always been pretty awesome and never had any issue with noises from their parties.

Please reblog and sign the above petition, we need to stop things like this happening, they believe because its small and local people won’t notice it!
